This looks and sounds amazing, hoping to make this ASAP. Planning to go to the local market (3 stalls on the regular, 4 to 5 on a good day) on Saturday and pick up some fresh shrimp (one of the regular stalls is a fish monger).
I think some of the best non-replicable results in my cooking is, "because I had it". This like all your recipes you share sounds/ looks yummy and easy. Oh and you already know my feelings on lemon, it gets added to soooo many things. 😂🍋

You can definitely fry it. Maybe even try baking it on a high heat?! That might work is you add some oil to the bread.
