"It’s zippy, it’s meaty, it’s filling. It’s all the things." I am really wishing this meal was in front of me right now regardless that it is 10:45am, who cares?! Alas, at work. Double alas, I am lazy in the kitchen when the temps are in the 90's or higher. BUT I will be busting this out at some point as your storytelling going along with it makes me want to cook/eat it even more.

Plot twist: I record most of these videos in the morning. If I do sit down to eat them, it’s usually around 10:30-11:30 😂

Ain't nothing wrong with that plot twist....I mean, if the churassco fairies plopped that dish in front of me you better believe I'll eat it at 10:45am! Probably one of the best mid morning meals ever! Ha!
