most of the cookbooks are on my list - been watching patti jinch on tastemade and her food always looks delicious. just bookmarked a couple tamale recipes from her newsletter as well. also would just like to say THANK YOU to every cookbook author - including those on the list - who allows potential buyers to see a list of recipe titles. nice to know if a cookbook contains anything i want to cook before i buy it and too many people are just showing artsy photographs and blank pages these days. i don't know that i would have bought gregory's cookbook (even though i loved him on top chef) because i'm a bad person who doesn't eat many vegetables, but looking through the list of recipes so many sound so good i had to change my mind.
