"I can get the leftovers pass the gate if I doctor them up by covering them in cheese or rolling them up in a tortilla to cover the tracks of whatever they were the previous day." This used to be me FOR REAL. šŸ˜‚ I blame the pandemic for getting over it. šŸ˜„ Also leftovers make a good easy lunch.

Oooh!

I will make this work with the ground venison from Roots Kalihi, a farm food cooperative. Will add a bit of chopped bacon.

I only know how to cook for 4, and there are only 2 of us.

Ooo this is a great idea! I have made this with potatoes and ham but I'd love to try it out with that chorizo! I also pretty much use the adobo in everything. I'm used to cooking for 5+ people so it is difficult for me to cook for less people now. I don't like wasting food though, and at least my family will eat leftovers.

My parents and siblings, and my siblings had kids. So I used to do a lot of the cooking growing up. Now I just take care of my parents so down to cooking for 3 people.

been making different types of Philippine sausages since my early teens, but now, as part of my research on colonial influences in Filipino cuisine, have been expanding my repertoire to include recipes from Spain and its former colonies. variations on a theme i like to call it
