I love my air fryer! I use it to reheat food too. I do have an instant pot and I actually use that on a weekly basis. I love to cook my dry beans in it, or stewed meats. It cuts the time down for me and on the dishes! I'm a huge soup fan though, so I love all the broth that I can easily make in it.
I once watched someone make a stew in it and I just thought…how is this any different than using the stove? 😂😂 maybe if you’re using the pressure cooker option?
Yes, I think that the appeal would be more so for a person that might not have a stove? I guess some apartments and living arrangements they might not... so it'd be pretty versatile. For me, when I cook my dried beans on the stove it takes a few hours but I use the pressure cook option and do it in maybe an hour tops. I'm not trying to convert you lol just sharing my experience!
